This pie is a refreshing end to a meal. It is always a big hit when served at gatherings.
We loved this pie! Very light and refreshing and the crust was yummy. I made mine in a springform pan, and after removing, I decorated it w/ some more whipped cream and lime slices...great dessert~YUM!
