A savory steak and ale soup with tender mushrooms—flavorful, comforting and nourishing! (ars)

Came out really good. Improvised a bit and sautéed the onions and bella mushrooms with butter and chopped bacon. Used Red King imperial Red Ale, perfect ale. Not overpowering. Omitted the flour to make keto friendly. Topped with applewood smoked gruryere cheese.
